Simply put, yes it is. Things do not have to be going ‘wrong’ for you to work with a sport psychologist.

Once you reach out we will have a free consultation call which allows you to provide me the relevant information and ask any questions. This also allows me to start building a case and plan for the next steps. From here, we can book in the first formal session if you are happy to proceed.

A tailored plan is created with the help of the client and any relevant/required stakeholders. This plan includes details from the initial intake and I often say it's not 'set in stone'; things can change and we are always attentive to changes that may need to be made. Your plan will contain your goals and desires for support and with the information I have, plus relevant research, we are ready to continue.

Contracts and client agreements will have been sent out and you will have selected a package by now. Here, we are starting to get into the "doing of Sport Psychology" and by that I mean we are moving into the practical support e.g. working on strategies that can provide impact.
